Reservation and Cancellation Policy
- 1. Upon reservation, credit card details should be supplied to
guarentee said reservation. If the terms and conditions of the
reservation are met, no amount shall be debited until the client
takes leave( check out).
- 2. Please verify your credit card details carefully. If the number or expiry date supplied is incorrect, the reservation shall be cancelled automatically without notice.
- 3. Please make sure the expiry date and cancellation date will
not interfere with the dates booked. If the card happens to expire
please contact us and inform us of the new expiry date otherwise
the reservation may be cancelled without notice.
- 4. Terms of Cancellation: January to May (inclusive)
and October to December (inc) 48 hours prior to arrival at the
Hotel; June to September (inc) 15 days prior to arrival at the
Hotel. Once the cancellation period has elapsed, 30% of the value
of the reservation shall be charged to the credit card to guarantee
said reservation. If these conditions are not met, the deposit
shall remain as credit which may be discounted in a subsequent
reservation, for the period of a year counting from the date of
the initial reservation.

for the Alteration of Dates: The Cancellation Policy applies
- 6. Failure to Arrive (No Show): The Cancellation Policy applies.
- 7. If the reservation is cancelled after the stipulated period
or if the client fails to arrive (no show) the total amount due
for the client’s stay shall be deducted from the credit card

Check-Out until 12:00 hours
